Games

This policy covers the games listed below, published on Google Play by the developer named on each game’s store listing. Each game’s section says what it keeps and where.

Fracture

Fracture collects nothing. It has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and it doesn’t connect to the internet.

It keeps your best scores and your sound setting in its own storage on your device, and nowhere else. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in your device’s settings, deletes them.

If backup is turned on on your Android device, Android may include that storage in your device’s backup to your own Google account, as it does for most apps. The developer has no access to that backup.

Because it collects nothing, Fracture collects no personal information from children or anyone else.

This website

eliasart.com has no accounts, cookies, analytics or tracking, and its fonts and images are served from the site itself. It’s hosted by Cloudflare, which handles standard request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

If you email hello@eliasart.com, your address and message are used only to reply to you, including to tell you when something you asked about is out. They aren’t shared or sold.

Changes and questions

If a game starts keeping or sending anything new, this page will say so before the update that does it is released, and the date above will change.
